Refund policy

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase you are welcome to return items (excluding food items) to us within 14 days of delivery. Please email us toptotaildogshop@gmail.com to let us know your order number and the items you’re returning. You are responsible for the return so we recommend that you send it via a tracked and insured method.
